(1.) If this return is a result of our error, you must contact us via AAL message system BEFORE mailing the return and receive our confirmation/agreement we made an error. If our procedures are followed through and it was found to be our error, we will provide free return shipping. After you’ve mailed the return, we cannot confirm our mistake and buyer will be responsible for return shipping and applicable restocking fees (as stated below).
(2.) All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
(3.) If you’re not pleased with your purchase(s), we’ll apply a refund of item total LESS shipping and handling charges.
(4.) For any return, Allowed WITHIN 30 DAYS ONLY AFTER PURCHASED, all items must be in original NEW condition; including product(s), product box, packaging, hardware, and all parts. Should any parts NOT be in original condition, they are not eligible for return.
(5.) Return shipping labels are not free and will be deducted from the refund amount.
(6.) Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed once delivered. After the 5 days message our store to collect your refund.
(7.) If the package was delivered damaged, do NOT return the order and contact our store via message system right away so we may assist you. Returning the item MIGHT not be necessary.
